Mitesh is Senior Vice President of Technology Development focusing on systems development and architecture. Mitesh has more than nine years of experience in developing technology solutions for scientific and business applications. Prior to joining Shepherd Kaplan, Mitesh created biomedical models, used by the U.S. Army and Coast Guard, to predict onset of thermal strain, fatigue, and other injury. Mitesh obtained his degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
Dr. Wachman is Vice President of Technology Development at Shepherd Kaplan, specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. Prior to joining SKK, Dr. Wachman was a staff member at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, primarily studying problems related to inferring the roles of participants in a computer network. At SKK, Dr. Wachman uses his background in machine learning to focus on developing decision support tools. Dr. Wachman holds a BS in computer science from Georgetown University. He earned his MS and Ph.D. in computer science at Tufts University and has published in ICML, KDD, and JMLR.

Caitlin is the Senior Vice President of Reporting at SKK, and primarily responsible for the Firm’s performance and analytics methodologies with a focus on providing clients with leading edge, transparent and accurate reporting. Caitlin has more than 16 years of experience working in the financial industry in private wealth management. Prior to joining SKK, Caitlin worked at Atlantic Trust as a Senior Performance Analyst focused on performance system conversions and reporting projects and providing performance education and guidance to advisors and investment professionals. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston College with a major in Management and a specialization in Marketing & Information Analytics.
