Gregory Fraser is a Portfolio Manager at SKK. He is primarily involved in the management of accounts that follow the Topaz strategy. Greg was previously a founder and managing member of GRT Capital Partners from 2001-2017. From 1991 to 2001, he was the Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Diversified International Fund which increased in size from approximately $1 million to over $6 billion at the time of his departure. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments, Greg was an analyst there from 1986 to 1991, and he followed a variety of industries, including textiles and apparel manufacturers, shoe manufacturers, aerospace and defense companies, steel manufacturers, hotel and gaming companies, conglomerates, and environmental service companies. Greg holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds an A.B. in economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and an M.B.A., with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Bobby F. Kuo is a Portfolio Manager and is primarily involved in the management of accounts that follow the Closed-End Opportunities strategy. Bob has been involved with investment management and research since 1993. From 2001 to 2005, he served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst in the Institutional Equity Group at Fidelity Investments, during which time he developed several advanced quantitative models and tools, was responsible for optimizing hybrid fundamental/quantitative portfolio strategies, and managed a successful market neutral pilot fund. From 2000 to 2001, he was the Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Stock Selector Fund, which had approximately $1.4 billion in assets. Between 1997 and 2000, Mr. Kuo managed approximately $1.8 billion in US equity sub-portfolios and trust accounts for Fidelity Investments Canada (FICL) and Fidelity Investments International (FIL). Bob also held other positions in the Quantitative Group at Fidelity Investments from 1993 to 1998. Bob holds an AB in Applied Mathematics & Economics from Harvard College. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr. Kidston has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several publicly traded companies including Sport-Haley Holdings, Inc., SED International, Inc. and Ezenia! Inc. Mr. Kidston is a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society, Young Presidents Organization, and a past member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Kidston earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
Operating partner in the take-private division of SKK (North & Webster SSG). Dennis was previously a Founder of Apollo Security International. After negotiating a successful sale to Allied Universal, he served as Senior Vice President of the Integration Technology Group at the multi-billion-dollar global business. Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, a CSS in Business Administration from Harvard University, and a JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
