RUDOLPH KLUIBER
PORTFOLIO MANAGER


Rudolph Kluiber is a Portfolio Manager at SKK. He was previously a founder and managing member of GRT Capital Partners from 2001-2017. Rudy is primarily involved in the management of accounts that follow the Topaz strategy and the Value strategy. Since 1994, Rudy has managed small cap value equity portfolios. Rudy was the Portfolio Manager of the State Street Research Aurora Fund from the fund’s inception in 1995 until 2001. At the time of his departure from State Street Research in 2001, Rudy managed approximately $3 billion of assets in the Aurora Fund and other accounts. From 1989 to 1994, Rudy was a High Yield Analyst, trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager with the State Street Research High Yield Fund. Rudy holds an A.B. in geology, Cum Laude, from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of the University of California Los Angeles. Rudy is a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Wessanen NV.

GREGory FRASER, CFA®
PORTFOLIO MANAGER


Gregory Fraser is a Portfolio Manager at SKK. He is primarily involved in the management of accounts that follow the Topaz strategy. Greg was previously a founder and managing member of GRT Capital Partners from 2001-2017. From 1991 to 2001, he was the Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Diversified  International Fund which increased in size from approximately $1 million to over $6 billion at the time of his departure.  Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments, Greg was an analyst there  from 1986 to 1991, and he followed a variety of industries, including textiles and apparel manufacturers, shoe manufacturers, aerospace and defense companies, steel manufacturers, hotel and gaming companies, conglomerates, and environmental service companies. Greg holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds an A.B. in economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and an M.B.A., with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
